Return Policy
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day window includes weekends and public holidays. To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at info@justkiddingstore.com or through our Support Center.
Once you notify us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which we disclose to you in advance. We will issue a full monetary refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
General Returns (All Customers)
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting our Support Center. All returns must be notified to the Just Kidding Team via the Support Center before sending items back.
- Incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as described: Full refund to your original payment method.
- Change of mind or sizing issues: Store credit or virtual gift card for the full amount paid, excluding shipping.
If you originally paid with store credits, your refund will be issued as store credits regardless of the reason for return.
Important Details
- Our return window is 14 days from the date you received your order.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, physical gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, email us at info@justkiddingstore.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over EUR65/$75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@justkiddingstore.com.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded to the original payment method. Sale items are refunded as store credits.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@justkiddingstore.com to arrange an exchange.
Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them.
